Welcome to the Zuloh website conditions for use. These conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below.
If you do not agree to be bound by these conditions, do not use this website.
We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this website from time to time to review the current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you.

Registration
You warrant that the personal Information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and you will notify us immediately of any changes to the Personal Information by contacting us by e-mail
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
Each registration is for a single user only, whether or not acting on behalf of a company or other organisation. We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.
Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact us immediately.
We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.

Indemnity
You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your shopping account and/or your Personal Information.
If your use of material on this Website results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment, software or data, you assume all costs thereof.

Description of products
Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, images and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Whilst we take every effort to ensure images and descriptions are correct we cannot guarantee these exactly reflect the true nature of the product, particularly the reflection of true colours, shades and textures which are difficult to produce on a computer screen.

Making a purchase
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order:
Non acceptance of an order may take place in the following circumstances:
* The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
* Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
* The identification of a pricing or product description error
* You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Conditions of Use.
* If we do not deliver to your area.
Where we do not accept your order but have processed your payment, we will re-credit your account with any amount deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to pay any additional amount as compensation for disappointment.
To be eligible to purchase Products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website you must:
* Register by providing your real name, phone number, postal/delivery address, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information
* Be over 18 years of age
* Possess a valid credit card issued by a bank acceptable to us

Prices
All prices are stated in Euro and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus delivery charges.
Orders shipped outside the European Union are exclusive of VAT and it is the responsibility of the customer to deal with any taxation issues.
Our prices are reviewed regularly and may change without prior notice at any time.

Payments
Payment can be made by the following credit cards. Zuloh will not ship goods until credit cards are authorised.
Credit Cards accepted are: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro.
You confirm that the credit card that is being used is yours.
All credit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not for any reason authorise payment then we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Please note that your credit card information is never kept on the Zuloh servers. It is never at risk since it does not reside in any customer order history on Zuloh’s servers. Should Zuloh ever be required to refund your purchase funds, our system will access your credit card details within the KeyClient secure banking network to reverse the transaction. The reversal of the transaction will then appear on your next credit card statement.


Delivery / Delivery liability
We will despatch goods ordered by you as soon as possible to the address you give us for delivery, but in any event within 3 business days after receipt of your order.
Delivery will take place during normal business hours Monday to Friday and whilst we advise delivery details this maybe subject to change due to circumstances affecting our nominated courier service.
Delivery is made to ground floor level only. Customers must make their own arrangements for delivery to floor levels beyond or below ground floor level.
All deliveries must be signed for and any damages, wrong deliveries and shortages notified to us in writing at our contact address within 24 hours of receipt of delivery. It is essential all packaging is retained in these circumstances otherwise this will negate any action we can take to remedy the situation.
Any items not received must be advised in writing at our contact address within 14 days of the dispatch confirmation e-mail in order that this can be investigated. We will not be responsible for any non delivered items after this time or failure to advise us accordingly.
Someone must be available to sign for the goods during normal working hours and this person should be known to you. We will not be responsible where the person signing for the goods is not the person who has placed the order/paid for the goods or the incorrect address details have been supplied.
If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:
a. To make good any shortage or non-delivery;
b. To replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or
c. To refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.

Deliveries outside the E.U tax area
For purchases delivered outside the E.U tax area the Italian Vat rate (currently 22%) will be deducted during the checkout process. However, the purchasers are responsible for all their country’s local/national taxes due and any costs incurred pre-delivery. They should contact their local tax office to ensure they are happy with any taxes they may incur as Zuloh will not be responsible for any tax charged or cost incurred or in the event of goods being returned due to non payment of tax. In such circumstances customers are responsible for any costs Zuloh incurs.

Deliveries to remote zones
The cost of delivery will always be displayed in your shopping cart as you add items and before you confirm payment.
An extra delivery charge of Euro 18,00 may apply in case of shipments to remote areas; you’ll be informed by e-mail if this extra cost apply to your delivery address and you will be asked to pay for this extra charge. If you don’t agree to pay the extra charge, you can cancel your order by e-mail within 24 hours and get refund for it.

Returns / Refunds
We guarantee your satisfaction and all products come with a 10 day cooling off period. This excludes some furniture items which are special order ie: ordered for a particular customer and are not held in stock (stated as being available in x number of days on the product's page) or specific requests.
If you wish to exercise this option you should contact us by e-mail in the first instance.
You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange providing the goods are received by us in an unused, undamaged and saleable condition. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
We recommend returning the goods by registered/insured post. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties.
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required, less (if for any reason these costs have not been paid by you) the costs of delivery to us.
We will only refund the card from which the original payment was made and will not be accountable for any currency fluctuations between the time of purchase and the refund date.
The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:
a. in the event that the product has been used or damaged
b. to any products that we have made specifically for you (i.e. that are not held in stock – stated as being available in x number of days on the product’s page), unless it is proven that there is a fault with the product.

Damaged items
Damaged or missing items (ie not enclosed within the delivery) must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt by e-mail. All original packaging MUST BE KEPT for inspection and photographs may be required. We will respond and advise what course of action must be taken in these circumstances.

Licence
You are permitted to print and download extracts from this Website for your own use on the following basis:
a. No documents or related graphics on this Website are modified in any way;
b. No graphics on this Website are used separately from accompanying text.
Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by Zuloh or its licensors. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, any use of extracts from this Website other than in accordance with what stated above for any purpose is prohibited. If you breach any of the terms in these terms and conditions, your permission to use this Website automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from this Website.
No part of this Website may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without our prior written permission.
Any rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

Service Access
While we endeavour to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

3D Secure is mandatory for all purchases made by credit card. The 3D Secure service is completely free and will ensure greater protection of your purchases via the web. The system requires authentication of the payment by the owner: during every purchase made on our site e-commerce, the credit card holder who is making the payment must enter a personal password. Once the password authentication phase is complete, the transaction proceeds in the normal authorization process.
